Yes. A partner leads each executive search, in confidence. It starts with Discovery: the market and the role in 2 weeks, for $3,900. Then 25% of base salary, paid as the search moves forward.

Yes. Credits can be shared across your portfolio companies. They start at $3,650 a role for 5 roles and come down to $3,150 a role for 25. A credit works across RecruiterOS, SearchOS and Executive Discovery, and credits are valid for 12 months.

A list gives each company a name to call, and every company still gets different terms, a different process and different updates. With us, every company gets the same process, price and promises, and you see every search in one place.
What if a company can't find the hire?
We won't promise a hire. We promise honest advice. By week 3 the company will know whether the right people are applying. If they aren't, we'll say plainly whether a search can find them before it moves to SearchOS, and the $3,900 counts toward it. Nothing paid is lost.
