Can I start with one role?

Yes. $3,900 covers 90 days of recruiting on one role, and nothing is charged until you approve your Hiring Kit.

What if you can't find my hire?

We won't promise a hire. We promise honest advice. By week 3 you'll know whether the right people are applying. If they aren't, we'll tell you plainly whether a search can find them before you move to SearchOS, and your $3,900 counts toward it. Nothing you've paid is lost.
