Our clients need solutions to both their key people needs and also their wallet.  Onesource offers several options to help you attain these dual goals including:

  • Modified Retained Search - Our recruiters give first priority to these searches.  Candidates will only be presented  to your client/firm until you have made a decision whether to move forward with this candidate or not.   You will also receive a discounted search fee.  To start your Modified Retained Search, all we need is the startup project fee, which is roughly 1/3 of the total fee earned.  The remaining 2/3 of the fee is due upon the completion/start date of your new employee.   With modified Retained Searches, you will receive our free replacement search guarantee.  
  • Contingency - A bit more expensive than the Modified Retained Search due to the greater risk/return relationship of the search.   A Contingency Search is paid only if you hire the candidate we have presented to you.  This fee is typically a percentage of the candidates' first year salary.  You will also receive our free replacement search guaranteee. 
  • Temp or Contract Hire - Where you have a short term project need and not a "permanent" employee.  Onesource provides an employee to you that fits your    needs on an hourly basis.  Hourly rate includes all payroll and insurances.
  • Payrolling - You know the person you want to hire on an hourly basis, but don't want the hassle of setting up all of the forms and insurances needed to get that person on board (usually a shorter term assignment).  Onesource can use our back office capability through our national contracting arm, Top Echelon Contracting, to become the employer of record.
