Making a career change has been reported to be as or more stressful than public speaking, marriage and death.  We are highly sensitive to "de-stressing" your career change.  Our process is to privately/discreetly coach you to a career change that will benefit you and your next employer in the long term; our record of retention in professionals placed is a testimony to this approach. 

We help you assess your current background, skills, and personality to match you to the right position and employer.  We take a long term view and sometimes work with people privately for years until the right position develops for them.  Our fees are paid by our clients, so the only "payment" we ask from the candidates we work with is open communication and honesty, because that's how we operate. 

We benefit from and prefer working with candidates who want to stay "under the radar" until the right position comes up.  We only send resumes to our clients with your permission.  We have regional and national opportunities available through our own clients and our association with the Top Echelon National Recruiters Network.
