Using Performance Based Position Descriptions - developed in conjunction with the hiring managers and internal customers with a stake in a successful hire. Onesource works extensively to define what projects or core skills must be accomplished/gained in a defined time period(s). This approach enables both Onesource and the hiring managers to interview and make hiring decisions with their head and not their gut. Often candidates who "WOW" someone in the interview process aren't neccessarliy the best employees in the long run.
Employing a thorough candidate screening and selection process defined by the Performance Based Position Description This includes our extensive pre-screened/cross referenced candidate database, due diligence and targeted, discreet phone calls into competitor companies, and collaboration with our Top Echelon National Recruiter network.
Extensively checking references both formally and informally before, during, and pre-offer stages of the hiring process.
Recommending finalists - We don't use the shotgun approach or believe in shoving paper down a hiring manager's throat just to schedule an interview. Instead, Onesource carefully delineates/recommends 1-3 talented candidates for an interview with the outcome likely being a successful placement with our client.
Providing interview preparation and debriefing of both managers and candidates.
