Dave has over 25 years experience and after a successful 14 year career working in operating companies in the E&P industry (Amoco and LL&E-now ConocoPhillips) he entered the field of professional recruiting in 1996.  He successfully grew the engineering niche of a regional recruiting firm then formed Onesource Professional Search in October 2003.  Dave has personally placed hundreds of candidates that are productive, long term employees for Onesource's clients.  He graduated from the University of New Orleans with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and has earned national certification as a Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) in 1998. He is married, is a proud father of two boys, and enjoys hobbies including tennis and playing music.

Mike Palermo - Technical Recruiter

  Kathy Mount - Treasurer

Earned her BS in Nursing from LSU and pursued a successful 18 year career in clinical nursing and supervision in various specialties including cardiac/intensive care, cardiac rehab, recovery room, elective surgery and endoscopy.  Kathy elected to become a stay at home Mom several years ago and upon the forming of Onesource took on the challenge of managing the finances of Onesource.  She has also been a key part of many non-profit organizations involving children and young adults with special needs.  She enjoys tennis and mastering Sudoku or any other logic/math puzzles.

  George McMillan - Recruiting Associate

Came out of retirement to join Onesource in 2008 after a 31 year career with Amoco Production Company as a seismic processing specialist. George enjoys many tennis activities and currently serves as a director for the New Orleans Oilmen's Tennis Tournament.  He is also an avid supporter of LSU athletics.
