Beth Ann Phillips, Recruiting Assistant, joined the Onesource Team in 2008. After eight years of being a stay at home mom, Beth decided to rejoin the workforce. Most recently she started and operated her own business from home; however, her prior work experience is in the Medical Health Insurance industry and previously for Prudential Healthcare in Houston. There she served as an Executive Assistant where she organized and planned national conferences, and assisted multiple executives in all administrative duties. While staying at home and raising her two children, Beth volunteered her time with Mothers of Preschoolers (MOPS) as a Publicity Coordinator and Moms Club of Mandeville. She has been married to her husband for over 10 years who just so happens to be a Civil/Structural PE. Being married to an engineer has given her the opportunity to attend many engineering conferences. She enjoys her family and getting lots of exercise both at the gym and outside.
