Job # 834 - Supply Chain Manager
Minimum 5 years of increasing responsible leadership experience related to Supply Chain Management in the Oil and Gas industry
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Engineering or related field of study 
Strong MS Office and computer skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written) are required.
Demonstrated ability to set expectations, coach, mentor and develop vendors and staff to enhance supply chain management processes while implementation of cost control strategies    
Proven self-starter with ability to motivate and influence across functional groups 
Ability to work across business areas and interface at all levels of organization
Strong analytical, problem solving and business communication skills
Prefer Oil and Gas Industry experience
APICS, CPP or SCMP certification a plus
Job # 1119 - Supply Chain Specialist
- Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Industrial Distribution strongly desired (or equivalent work experience); advanced degree a plus
- 5-10 years professional level work experience in Supply Chain, preferably within E&P
- Professionally qualified, or working toward certification or membership (e.g., CIPS, RICS, Green Belt)
- Strong analytic skills, ability to understand strategies and business-related concepts
- Robust understanding of financial indicators and ability to perform sound economic analysis (e.g., ROI, cash flow analysis, lease vs. buy, micro economics)
- Ability to build rapport with and influence Senior Management
- Demonstrated leadership capability
- Good verbal and written communication skills; ability to prepare and deliver compelling business presentations
- Good organizational skills and ability to perform under pressure
