Job # 1021 - Sr. Reservoir Development Engineer
Bachelor's degree in engineering or petroleum engineering, along with at least 10 years of industry experience including at least 5 years in reservoir planning and development. Candidates should have a strong business background and understanding of key financial measures. The successful candidate should have a thorough knowledge and understanding of reservoir modeling and simulation, as well as ARIES and other reservoir engineering software. The knowledge and ability to conduct unconventional shale characterization, as well as complete a decline curve, petrophysics and log analysis, is required. The successful candidate should also have the knowledge to complete a geochemical, core, and tight rock analysis.
Job # 906 - Sr. Reservoir Engineer
Expert in use of dynamic simulation tools (Eclipse) with familiarity with coupling of reservoir models to surface networks (GAP). Good knowledge of nodal analysis tool (preferably Petroleum Expert suite - Prosper, MBAL, GAP) Experience in constructing reservoir simulation models, designing well locations, estimating production availability, and designing and interpreting well tests. 8+ years experience in a reservoir department with both modeling and operational capabilities and experience. BS (MS preferred) in petroleum engineering (or equivalent). Knowledge and experience in the DW Gulf of Mexico reservoir development preferred. Familiar with MSOffice products Excellent knowledge of GEOQUEST software. (Eclipse, PVT, etc.) Good knowledge of Windows and UNIX systems
