Minimum 10 years of management experience at a senior level.

Job # 1022 - Sr. Completions Engineer
10 years experience and a bachelor's degree in engineering. Should have knowledge and experience with fracturing simulators such as FracPro or Myers, as well as experience with MS Office, WellView, RigView, and other database applications. Knowledgeable in completion theory and practices. The ability to be a team player emphasizing cost and efficiency improvements as well as strong problem solving skills, time management, and communication skills is essential.
Job # 1024 - Senior Drilling Engineer
Bachelor's degree in petroleum or mechanical engineering along with 5 to 10 years industry experience including at least 3 years in drilling, preferably in horizontal drilling and resource plays. Knowledge and experience working with MS Office products as well as Wellview or similar electronic well database. The ability to be a team player emphasizing cost and efficiency improvements and solving problems as they arise is required.
Job # 938 - Drilling Superintendent
25 years experience including extensive broad based worldwide/countrywide downhole experience in drilling operations. Must have exposure to pad based, multi-well, multi-rig, and horizontal shale development campaigns. Experienced in multi-discipline project coordination/management/execution, remote locations, day-to-day operations leadership, drilling engineering, well supervision, and database style reporting. Critical to be leader in fishing, well control, spill, accident and other well site events.
Minimum 15 years experience in oil field services or operations
Hydraulic fracturing experience
District manager experience or above
Managed a team of 10 employees or more
Experience in improving and redesigning business processes
Proven ability to work effectively with customers, executive management, and employees to achieve excellent results is essential. Experience in leadership and personnel management is essential
Computer literacy and familiarity with standard office productivity software is required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to think strategically while energizing/aligning people to achieve a vision is required
Operator experience
Experience building a department from the ground up
Strong team building skills and ability to communicate effectively across all functions in the organization
Ability to work in a fast paced and fluid environment
